Webinar licenses cannot be shared through a group of users. The user is the Passport York (PPY) account of an individual. The webinar license is assigned to a single user. Prices are current, as of September, 2021. If you were to keep the license going into the following year, you would be billed the full amount of $690.00. A rough estimate of five months, using $690.00 ÷ 12 (months) = $57.50 per month. If you were to purchase a Webinar (500) license in April, then you would pay for only the months left between April and October. If you were to purchase a Webinar (500) account on October 26th, you would pay the full price of $690.00 and would have the license until October 25th of the following year. Orders made before or after that date will be pro-rated to the annual cost, based on whenever your license starts, to the next October billing date. Billing is charged annually on the 26th of October. All prices are in US Dollars (USD), and are subject to change by the vendor without notice.

Zoom does offer webinar licensing, but it is only offered as a premium feature, and is available at a recurring cost to you as an annual subscription. There may be times where either the capacity or the functionality of a standard Zoom meeting will not accommodate your plans, but a webinar would.
